Products that are made to order will be specified as such on it's product page. Production times vary—please reference the product descriptions for current wait times.
Products that are stocked can be expected to ship within two business days.
You can be confident that we are, at all times, doing our best to complete your order in as timely manner as possible. We will send a shipment notice once your order is complete and ready to ship.
Domestic shipping - You are given a choice between USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or FedEx Ground. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships.
Orders shipped via USPS First Class will typically take 1-5 business days, depending on your location, while orders shipped via USPS Priority typically take 1-3, depending on location. UPS/Fedex Ground will take up to 5 business days but is the most reliable and is our recommended choice. Insurance is not included by default.
International Shipping - You are given a choice between USPS First Class (up to 3.75 lbs), USPS Priority, or FedEx International Economy. First Class International transit times differ from country to country but typically run around 10-14 business days. USPS Priority International is anywhere from 6-10. FedEx International Economy will be 4-6 business days.
Please note that tracking for First Class International shipments stop when the package leaves the US. Once it leaves the country, it is essentially in the hands of the destination country's custom/postal service. We cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs and it will be the customer's responsibility to claim and recover packages from customs.
We very strongly recommend FedEx for international shipments as it is by far the most reliable service. We understand the price is quite high so we offer USPS International only as a courtesy to our customers. Customer assumes responsibility for custom fees incurred from imported products—Teranishi is not responsible for any extra fees.
If you require an expedited shipping option or prefer a different shipping option other than what is available, please contact us and we can discuss.
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. The customer assumes responsibility for shipments. Please choose your shipping service accordingly.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We will accept returns under the following guidelines:
- Product must be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. This is essential as we will not resell anything in used condition and therefore will not take it back. If we see any sign of wear, then it's yours. Leather is tough but wears in quick (this is why we love it, right?) so be ginger if you are contemplating a return.
- Some products may be non-returnable and will be stated as such in it's product description.
- If the product is in original, unused condition, please notify us to open up a correspondence. Once you're given a return authorization, simply repackage it in the original packaging and send it back to us at:

Upon receipt, we will inspect and if it checks out, we will issue your refund. Please note that shipping is non-refundable, only the value of the product will be refunded.
Please, do not send a product back without proper authorization. Unauthorized returns will be returned to sender. Rejected packages are considered unauthorized and Teranishi will not be held responsible.
In the off chance you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately with pictures detailing the problem as well as a description of the problem. These issues are dealt with case by case but we'll start correspondence right away in hopes to resolve the problem.
Product condition and refund validity will be made at our discretion.
Repairs are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us with pictures detailing the problem as well as a description of how the damage occurred. All repairs will be carefully analyzed and fixed if possible. Please note that some repairs may incur charges.
We cannot be held liable for normal wear and tear or abuse. Validity of product condition/repair will be made at our discretion.
All discounted sales are final and are not valid for returns.
